Plasma Finance is an all-in-one platform to help manage DeFi investments. It has been in development and traded since at least December 2020. It includes a fiat on-ramp, DEX aggregator, lending/borrowing, cross-chain swaps and basic limit orders, yield aggregation for savings, portfolio management, integrated IDO platform.

Fractal is an open-source protocol to facilitate the exchange of user information "in a fair and open way". The initial version is designed to replace the ad cookie. The vision is to allow users to earn money from the data they provide. They have partnerships with Eyeo and Adblock. You can see more in their roadmap update.
Mainnet is due for launch on Oct 5th. This could lead to interesting price action.
